Once kicked off, you communicate directly with the design and engineering lead via a dedicated WhatsApp group. You can drop voice notes, screenshots, and review video updates in real time.
Transparent 50/50 Milestones
We begin with a 50% deposit to lock in your calendar sprint slot. The remaining 50% balance is only due when your staging site is completed, reviewed, and ready to go live.

Can I add or update products myself after launch?
Yes. Every project includes an intuitive management dashboard where you or your team can add new products, update prices, manage inventory, and view incoming customer orders without touching code.
What if I don't have all my pictures and copy ready?
Don't worry. During the kickoff phase, we assist with structuring your copy, selecting professional placeholder imagery, and providing clear prompts so you aren't stuck staring at a blank screen.
How are payments processed?
All agency payments are handled via direct bank transfer to our corporate account. Official milestone invoices with payment receipts are generated for each transaction for your company bookkeeping.
